Attorneys within the Intellectual Property Practice Team provide services regarding trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, service marks and copyrights. The IP Practice Team also advises on commercial transactions regarding IP products and services, including licensing, assignments, marketing, and distribution.
Our team works in direct cooperation with the Litigation Practice Group on contested IP matters and infringement actions.
