Fee Arrangements

At Johnston Barton, we understand our clients' need to reduce legal costs, but not at the expense of excellent results.  While hourly billing at reasonable rates remains the norm in our firm, we remain amenable to fee arrangements that reward our firm for results, not effort.  By keeping our overhead low, we have the confidence to entertain creative fee agreements, including flat fees and shared savings arrangements.
