The Health Care Liability Litigation Practice Team represents physicians, hospitals, and senior housing facilities in litigation matters, including a wide range of patient care issues and the defense of medical negligence cases. Each case is meticulously analyzed by medical personnel as well as by the group’s lawyers, who evaluate the potential exposure for the client as soon as possible. The Practice Team has a number of medical and nursing experts to call upon for expert testimony and consultation, including an in-house nurse analyst, with experience as a director of nursing in a nursing home facility.
