David M. Hunt
Partner
David is a partner and Chairman of the firm's Health Care Practice Group. From the Boardroom to the courthouse, David helps health care providers overcome the obstacles that stand between them and success. By working with a wide array of health care clients (physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, etc.), in a wide variety of areas (corporate, regulatory, litigation, etc.) he has been able to develop an in-depth understanding of the health care industry that he uses to help clients achieve their goals.
David is a graduate of Emory University School of Law (J.D., 1991), where he was a member of Order of the Coif and the Emory Law Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rice University (B.A., 1988). He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the American Health Lawyers Association, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America.
David is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys all types of hunting. You are also likely to find David at the Homewood Soccer Park, coaching one of his three children.
