Charles is a partner in the firm’s Business and Tax Practice Group. His primary areas of practice include general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking, complex business workouts, business restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors rights. Charles advises clients on a broad range of business issues, representing companies involved in banking, construction and health care.
