Director of Recruitment and Human Resources

Melodie serves as Johnston Barton's Director of Recruitment and Human Resources.  In such capacity, she is responsible for all  recruiting and development initiatives including assisting with all aspects of summer associate hiring, and the planning and administration of the firm's summer associate program.  She is also responsible for heading up the firm's  professional development initiatives including the coordination of internal training programs.
